Once the stamps are on, hit the hay. When you wake up in the morning, check the ring. If the ring is broken, this indicates you subconsciously achieved an erection while asleep, which mean that your ED is mental in nature. If the ring of stamps remains unbroken, this means your erectile issues are due to a physical issue.
