Hello Max,
Kidney stone itself couldn’t lead to ED, however in severe cases or when these stones are because of underlying kidney disease or damage, then yes you may become less able to keep an erection for as long as usual, although you are still able to ejaculate. Many kidney patients lose the ability to get a hard penis at all over time, but that because of the underlying disease.
