75 Years Old and Want to Have Sex. Should I Take Viagra 50 mg?

Viagra – Erectile Dysfunction Question:

I am 75 yes, old young girl wants sex with me, I am taking BP tab Amodep AT one daily, one Urinex D, +Anxiset plus at bedtime, erection time very short, should I take Viagra 50 mg Or any other tab to satisfy the girl/lady?

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

I’d suggest you not take Viagra at this age and with your medication, I’d suggest you check with your doctor first because I can’t tell how much stable are your conditions.

You should also know that when Viagra is taken by the elderly people of 65 and older, it circulates in blood much longer so it is necessary to define the dosage individually.

In most cases, we prescribe a lesser dosage than usual to senior citizens. So kindly check with your therapist.

I hope this answers your question.

22 Year Old Man with Sexual Problem Unable to Reach Orgasm Leak Precum

Premature Ejaculation – ED Question:

I’m not going to beat around the bush, I have a sexual problem. I’m a 22-year-old man and I have recently found myself a girlfriend. Things are really serious and I feel like this could turn into something good. I’m a virgin. My problem is, whenever things start to get intense, my penis leaks a transparent fluid – precum. I mean – we cuddle for about 30 minutes, and meanwhile, I leak a lot. After that, I just can’t get hard anymore to satisfy her. This happened about three times already, and I don’t know what to do.

Before we met, I masturbated quite often with no problem getting hard whenever I wanted. Now I don’t even feel horny and have real trouble getting erect while I’m alone. I have seen the doctor and he prescribed Sildenafil, this made me hard for a while, but unable to reach orgasm. I feel like the problem is psychological, or I’m having low testosterone levels or something. Could you provide me with any advice? Thank you very much, I feel really bad about this.

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

I’m very sorry to hear about that. First of all, you should know that above 80% of ED problems we see at our clinics are due to psychological problems and what makes them harder to treat is that many of these patients refuse to believe it’s just a psychological issue. And I’m afraid this might be the case for you.

However, I’d suggest first to check with your doctor for evaluation, and if all organic causes of ED were excluded then I’d suggest to you see a psychotherapist.
In the meanwhile, if you need to take something then it should be proven medications such as Cialis or Viagra.

Otherwise, I recommend healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly, eating healthy food (low cholesterol), and stop or avoid alcohol and tobacco as they both contribute to ED.

Also, try your best to let it go naturally when you are with your partner, don’t over think it or stress yourself about any of it.

I hope this answers your question.

I am a Diabetic and I cannot Get an Erection, I Need Help!

Diabetic – Erectile Dysfunction Question:

I am a Diabetic and I cannot Get an Erection, I Need Help!

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

Erectile dysfunction is more common in men with diabetes because it occurs due to a decrease in the blood supply to the penis, as well as damages to the nerves that are responsible for getting an erection, plus the reduction of testosterone levels in some men with diabetes.

So in that case, Viagra can help by increasing the blood flow to the penile tissue leading to an erection. And it’s safe for diabetic patients.

I’d suggest you take Viagra 50 mg when needed. Ideally, you should take it on an empty stomach or two hours after eating the last meal and 1 hours before the intercourse.

One more important thing to do is to monitor your blood glucose level and to follow the instruction of your therapist to make sure your diabetes is under control since it contributes to ED.

I hope this answers your question.

31 Am I Too Young for Viagra / Cialis ED Treatments? Feel Harder and Sex is Better When Taking the Meds.

Viagra – Erectile Dysfunction Question:

I don’t want to rely on Cialis, I think something lesser strength would work for me but I don’t know what to try. I don’t want to be on ED meds and I don’t want to have to hide it. When I felt the difference in hardness after taking Viagra / Cialis I realized what I’d been missing. I think I could have good effect by taking lesser strength supplements that are not purely ED treatments as being 31 I think I’m too young for that (also so if anyone found them they wouldn’t know).

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

You should know that above 80% of ED problems we see at our clinics are due to psychological problems and what makes them harder to treat is that many of these patients refuse to believe it’s just a psychological issue. And I’m afraid this might be the case for you.

However, I’d suggest first to check with your doctor for evaluation, and if all organic causes of ED were excluded then I’d suggest to you see a psychotherapist.

In the meanwhile, I advise you to be careful and not take any supplements or herbs that claim to help in ED, if you need to take something then it should be proven medications such as Cialis or Viagra. Otherwise, I recommend healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly, eating healthy food (low cholesterol), and stop or avoid alcohol and tobacco as they both contribute to ED.

Sex is Nearly Impossible without 10mg of Sildenafil and My Andrologist said my ED is not Organic?

Erectile Dysfunction Question:

After some tests (blood, hormones, scrotum eco doppler) my andrologist said my ED is not organic. Still, it is difficult for me to maintain erections even alone (I can achieve one but fades away easily). Sex is nearly impossible without 10mg of Sildenafil.

I really want to fix this, but to who I can ask?

Since it is not organic, and I feel is not psychological (happens when I am alone too). PS: I am healthy, no illness/medication and I have a good libido.

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

You should know that above 80% of ED problems we see in our clinics are due to psychological problems and what makes them harder to treat is that many of these patients refuse to believe it’s just a psychological issue.

And since all tests prove that you have no organic cause for ED, then I’m afraid it’s a psychological issue (even if you are alone).

I’d suggest you check with a psychotherapist, and it may take some sessions because it varies from person to another and it depends on many factors; such as the severity of the issues, the commitment to the treatment plan,… etc.

Regarding Sildenafil, it can be helpful but it’s not a cure or a permanent fix for your ED, you can take it when needed until you check with a psychotherapist.

I hope this answers your question.

Caverta 50 and Erectile Dysfunction Can I Make My Wife Pregnant?

Caverta 50 – Erectile Dysfunction Question:

Marriage first I have been healthy in m first marriage through an experienced couple of time anxiety and keep thinking how hard I m and if I’m making the partner happy. I observed that there are certain dresses, styles which used to excite me. In the meantime, I had Caverta 50 to have my intercourse stable with my partner as well and gain some confidence. I loved it and enjoyed and later was able to erect and do my intercourse and my sperm all comes out in volume.

In between we broke off and 2-3 years were being a bit emotional stress with me marriage 2 I got married again and now have lovely wife equally supportive but again now I have anxiety if having that much hardness, though we had made sexual intercourse hs find me very conscious. I feel sometimes no orgasm Today I feel deprived of sexual drive and scary feel if I can ever make her pregnant. I feel my sperm is though coming out got a little less in volume than before. Sometimes ED happens but I started again Caverta 50 and it helps us having a lovely intercourse. and wanted if I’m having an intercourse having Caverta 50 can I still make pregnant .hope it doesn’t affect my sperm.

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

For your information above 80% of ED problems we see in our clinics are due to psychological problems which are usually caused by confidence problems and public misconception about sexual performance. And I’m afraid this is the case for you because from what you said, it seems that you over think it and stress yourself about it.

Regarding Caverta, it is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) by relaxing muscles found in the walls of blood vessels and increases the blood flow to the penile tissue leading to an erection. It is usually taken only when needed, about 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. It can help achieve an erection only in the presence of sexual stimulation, and the erection will not occur just by taking the pill. And you should know that it doesn’t affect the semen any way or another.

So I’d suggest you visit your doctor for semen analysis to make sure everything is okay regarding your sperms and fertility.

I hope this answers your question.

I Started Using Creatine Monohydrate Powder and My Sex Drive has Gone Completely to Zero

Creatine – Erectile Dysfunction Question:

I started using creatine monohydrate powder about a week ago. The instructions read that l must take a measurement of 5ml 5 times a day for One week and after that take 2 times a day until it’s finished. Since l started using it my sex drive has gone completely to zero. Sometimes l don’t even feel my 4-5. May it because of creatine or intensive working out.

DOCTOR ALSAYES ANSWER:

Yes, it’s most probably due to the creatine powder.

Actually, some recent studies found that daily long-term usage of creatine can lead to a lesser sex drive and a decreased production of testosterone hormone, which eventually means erectile dysfunction.

I’d suggest you use creatine sparingly or at the very least lower your dosages.

I hope this answers your question.

How Long After a Breakup to Regain My Previous Sex Drive and Erection Capabilities and Have a Normal Sex Life?

Erectile Dysfunction Question:

I am almost sure my 4-year ED is psychogenic. I recently ended a very difficult and troubling 6-yrs relationship with another guy. The relationship was mainly sex driven and I ended up feeling undervalued and oppressed. How long do you estimate it will take me to recover my previous sex drive and erection capabilities and have a normal sex life? Since I broke up with the toxic relationship I consulted an MD to get tested for possible organic factors (everything OK!) and started both psychotherapy and regular exercise.

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

You are on the right way, and for your information above 80% of ED problems we see at our clinics are due to psychological problems and what makes them hard to treat is that many of these patients refuse to believe it’s just a psychological issue. So you already took the first step in recovery by knowing and recognizing the cause.

Regarding the duration of recovery, there is no single answer for everyone, it varies from person to another and it depends on many factors; such as the severity of the issues, the commitment to the treatment plan,… etc.

Your psychotherapist can have a better idea during the routine evaluation sessions.

I hope this answers your question.

Does Masturbating Cause Erectile Reduction or Dysfunction?

Erectile Dysfunction Question:

Does Masturbating Cause Erectile Reduction or Dysfunction?

Doctor Alsayes Answer:

This is another public misconception. So the answer is no Although some studies have found that frequently masturbating to porn can contribute to ED by desensitizing you to certain imagery and physical intimacy, that effect was due to the pornography itself not the act of masturbation.

I hope this answers your question.

Is ginseng tea safe for addressing erection problems?

Ginseng tea is used as an herbal remedy for a range of health conditions related to fatigue. For that reason, it makes sense to think it might help with erectile dysfunction, particularly if the problem is exacerbated by stress and tiredness. Panax ginseng (also known as Chinese or Korean ginseng) is said to promote Yang energy and stimulate the body. A 2002 study in Korea found that consumption of 900 mg of Korean red ginseng three times daily had a positive effect on erections after eight weeks. You have to be careful using ginseng long term, particularly if you also consume beverages that contain caffeine. In fact, it’s wise to avoid ginseng blends that include caffeine.

Mind your caffeine intake if you start drinking ginseng tea.
